Hypopressive Exercise Method
The Hypopressive Method of Exercise was developed in Belgium by Dr Marcel Caufriez.
Hypopressive exercises decrease the pressure in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor whilst specifically targeting the core. A non surgical treatment for women (and men) with pelvic floor issues.
Hypopressives can help to create a strong functional core through practising specific exercises which are combined with a breathing pattern which creates a vacuum effect and
Men and women of all ages to strengthen abdominal muscles, increase stamina, strengthen back muscles, improve posture and tone
The specific breathing pattern combined with a variety of postures and poses creates a vacuum effect that has the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor unconsciously brought in and upward without force or pressure.
