I have invested in foam rollers!

![]() Is complementary therapy the last stop shop whilst going through your fertility journey? Would you or have you been to see a complementary therapist for a treatment? And what are your expectations about what a therapist can do to help? As a therapist I often notice comments/articles/blogs from people who feel that they have invested heavily in a complementary therapy during their fertility journey and it has not had the desired effect - for instance a much hoped for pregnancy. That is why I believe that it is so important that both therapist and potential client invest some time setting realistic goals, discussing the clients expectations and setting a limit on how many sessions are needed to achieve the agreed outcome before therapy begins. If as a client you feel that the complementary therapist cannot help you to achieve your goals do not invest your valuable time and money. |
